The system also collects the following details:
– IP address
– Browser information
– Operating system information
– Date and time of submitting a question

SAK, Akava and STTK do not release information to third parties.
No information is transferred outside of the European Union or European Economic Area.

Information processed by ADP
Comments are forwarded to the e-mail account of the summer job information service advisor. This employee deletes the question form data from the e-mail account annually at the beginning of September when the summer job information service season ends.
The question form data are anonymously transferred to the Questback feedback tool to serve as the basis for the summer job information service operating report.
Feedback is also collected in the Flamingo database of the information service WordPress content management system, which is housed in a server operated by Zoner Oy. Zoner implements agreed technical and organisational personal data security measures under the terms and conditions of a contract. These measures must ensure a security level that is appropriate in view of a) the available technical opportunities, b) the costs of implementing measures, c) the nature, scope, context and purpose of processing, and d) the particular risks involved in processing.
Persons submitting comments are entitled to check their information.
